Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident trying PurrLumen. If you decide it isn't right for you or your cat, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, navigate to the contact, section next to the home button. Give us your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide the instructions for sending it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your PurrLumen arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right and, when applicable, provide a replacement or full refund. For these types of issues, we'll cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we'll process your refund if it meets the requirements of our return policy. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and return the funds to your account.
